The research, conducted by the group on the project funded by EOS S.p.A., has focused on the design and optimization of the frame in high-resistance material and the identification of a front crash-box considering different materials and geometries.
Mass production of an innovative heavy quadricycle with thermal and electric traction.
The study, funded by Belumbury S.p.A., is based on finding the best design solution in terms of passive safety for the Belumbury Dany quadricycle in order to pass the approval tests required for entry into the market in the category M1. The work is done both from the numerical point of view, through the use of softwares HyperWorks and LS-DYNA, and experimentally on individual components of the car to verify its feasibility.
